A $95 fee will be charged for a No Show to the scheduled appointment.
A $95 fee will be charged for a Same Day Appointment Change or Cancellation.

A debit or credit card is required to hold the appointment and will be charged at the end of the business day of your scheduled appointment if the above occurs.
